Manufacturing Engineer

Do you want to be responsible for certain processes within our Global Competence Centre? And would you work on determining and optimising the production methods? We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer!
You will determine the necessary routing steps and work instructions per step within the process area of the GCC;
You will monitor the production status within the GCC and you will give your advice regarding NPI developments;
You will determine the manufacturability and the process sequence in consultation with production unit;
You will redirect manufacturing or cost problems to the Production Leader and you will proactively make suggestions for possible solutions;
You will support the Quotation Officer in determining the required process times and the initial costs;
You will be responsible for maintaining the Process FMEA.

You have relevant working experience in a comparable technical position, preferably in a machining/shaping production environment;
You have strong communication skills and a client-oriented approach, you are persuasive and you have the ability to anticipate;
You have excellent interpersonal skills and sound language skills in both written and spoken English and Dutch;
You have a proactive attitude, backed by your natural superiority.
