Millions of order lines are processed annually from a modern and automated distribution center. The warehouse has an advanced OSR shuttle system, modern internal transport equipment and special ADR compartments for the storage of dangerous goods. Within the logistics team, efficiency, safety and quality are key.

Function

As an Order Picker, you will work independently within the picking lines and use an Order Pick Truck (OPT). You collect orders according to the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and check items for correct numbers and quality. You prepare collected orders for shipping so that they can be shipped to the customer in a timely manner.
You also take care of replenishment of pick locations with internal transport equipment and identify any stock discrepancies. You monitor safety on the shop floor, report unsafe situations and support loading operations where necessary. In this position you combine accuracy with pace within a 2-shift operation with the following times:
6:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 0:00.

Job Requirements

What do you bring?

• MBO work and thinking level;
• Experience with an OPT, EPT or similar material handling equipment is a plus;
• You are physically fit and enjoy working actively;
• Good command of the English language;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Stress resistance and ability to handle work pressure;
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Safety always comes first with you.
