Working in this department means being involved in the entire production process: from the initial print to the final product ready for shipment. Teamwork and clear communication are central, ensuring every print is perfect before it moves to the next stage.

Function

As a Quality Inspector, you are responsible for the final check before products are shipped. You will carefully check orders according to established procedures and ensure that products meet quality requirements. You will then prepare the shipments for dispatch so that they arrive at the customer on time.
You work in an environment where products often need to be processed and shipped within one day. This makes it important to continue working accurately, even when it's busy. Daily production goals provide direction for your work, and you know how to combine quality with an efficient pace.
Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that the production and shipping processes run smoothly. During your one to two-week onboarding period, you will be guided by an experienced colleague through a buddy system, so you can quickly become familiar with the tasks and processes.

What do we expect from you?

• You work accurately and have an eye for detail;
• You can combine quality with a high pace of work;
• You carefully follow work processes and procedures.;
• You are able to work with sustained concentration.;
• Working hours are day shifts from 7:00 or 8:00 AM to 3:00 or 4:00 PM.;
• During peak periods (weeks 45 through 2), work in a two-shift system from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM;
• You have a good command of the English language, as it is the working language within the organization.

Offer

What to expect.

• Een bruto uurloon van €15,38 zonder relevante ervaring; €16,13 bij relevante werkervaring;
• A shift premium of 25% between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. and between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.;
• A shift premium of 50% between 8:00 p.m. and midnight;
• An average workweek of 32 to 36 hours; Opportunities to work extra hours during busy periods and occasionally on Saturdays;
