Function

As a Books Quality Check Employee, you inspect books and other products before they are shipped. You carefully examine the final product for errors, damage, and quality issues. You work accurately and stay focused, even when the work is repetitive or production volumes are high.
You know when a product meets the quality standards and are confident in making decisions. If you notice a defect or deviation, you make sure the product is rejected before it reaches the customer. Thanks to your attention to detail, customers only receive high-quality products.

Job Requirements

• A strong sense of responsibility for the final product;
• Flexibility to work in 2 shifts (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM);
• Good command of the Dutch or English language.
• During peak periods, the department works in three shifts:

06:00 – 14:00
14:00 – 22:00
22:00 – 06:00
Overtime and working Saturdays are considered part of the job during peak periods, mainly in weeks 33 through 36, weeks 46 through 52, and weeks 1 through 2.

What can you expect in return?

• Between 06:00–08:00 and 18:00–20:00, you earn €20.05 without experience (€15.42 + 30%) or €20.97 with experience (€16.13 + 30%);
• Between 20:00–24:00, you even earn €23.90 without experience (€15.42 + 55%) or €25.00 with experience (€16.13 + 55%);
• A complete onboarding period through a buddy system;
• A professional and international production environment.
