Functie

As a Books Quality Check Employee, you check books and other products before they are shipped. You carefully inspect the final product for errors, damage, and quality issues. You work accurately and stay focused, even when the work is repetitive or production volumes are high.
You know when a product meets the quality standards and are confident in making decisions. If you notice a defect or deviation, you make sure the product is rejected before it reaches the customer. Thanks to your attention to detail, customers only receive high-quality products.

• Flexibility to work in 2 shifts (06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00);
• Good command of the Dutch or English language.
• During peak periods, the department works in three shifts:

06:00 – 14:00
14:00 – 22:00
22:00 – 06:00
Overtime and working on Saturdays are considered part of the job during peak periods, mainly in weeks 33 through 36, weeks 46 through 52 and weeks 1 through 2.

• Between 06:00–08:00 and 18:00–20:00, you earn €20.05 e (€15.38 + 30%) or €20.97
• Between 20:00–24:00, you even earn €23.90 without experience (€15.38 + 55%) or €25.00
• A complete onboarding period through a buddy system;
