• The ability to tackle problems like a pro
• Experience with software design and GUI
• Knowledge of Qt and/or QML is a big plus

You’re not just anyone; you have at least a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or even a Doctorate degree under your belt. You can be a junior with lots of potential, very experienced or in between. At least you’re a star at reading and understanding code/C++. Do you hesitate? No worries, everyone is welcome to apply.
With 32 to 40 hours per week, you’ll be working on software development, debugging, performance tweaks, code reviews, and writing unit tests. And you’ll mainly do this on-site in Eindhoven, where the magic happens.

You will be employed directly by HEIDENHAIN NUMERIC in Eindhoven.
HEIDENHAIN develops and manufactures rotary and linear encoders, angle measuring systems, and CNC controls for demanding positioning tasks. Additionally, touch and camera systems, measuring probes, readouts, signal converters, and inspection and testing equipment complement the product portfolio for customers. Software solutions for the Digital Shop Floor provide users with practical products for continuous digitization of their production.
HEIDENHAIN products are mainly used in high-precision machine tools and in installations for the production and further processing of electronic components. With extensive knowledge of the development and production of measuring systems and controls, HEIDENHAIN creates important conditions for the automation of tomorrow’s installations and production machines. Delivery is made to several key and innovative sectors such as machine tools, electronics industry, robotics, medical technology, elevator technology, and metrology.
