For a leading manufacturer of concrete products in Hardenberg, we are looking for an Operator Concrete who loves technology, quality and responsibility. This company contributes to the infrastructure of the Netherlands with innovative solutions and ensures that residential areas, roads and waterworks are built sustainably. ls Operator Concrete, you are responsible for keeping the production line running optimally. You will set up machines, operate them and perform first-line maintenance. In addition:
Support the technical department in troubleshooting.
Check the quality of the concrete products produced.
Keep a close eye on the production process and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Contribute to a safe, neat and efficient working environment.

You will work in a 2-shift or day shift, depending on the machine you will be working on. This will be determined following an initial interview. Teamwork and responsibility are key in this job!
What are we looking for?
You are someone who enjoys technology and continuously improving processes. In addition:
Do you have MBO working and thinking level (preferably towards engineering or mechanical).
Do you have technical knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
Have several years' experience in a production environment, preferably with concrete or similar materials.
Are you in possession of a forklift certificate or willing to obtain one.
You work accurately, are results-oriented and know how to prioritise well.
Take your safety instructions and environmental regulations seriously.
