Function

As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for efficiently setting up, adjusting, and operating production machines. You monitor the quality and quantity of production, perform regular quality checks, and take immediate action if deviations occur. You resolve minor technical issues yourself or escalate them to the technical service department when necessary.
You also guide and support the production team working on your line. Safety is your top priority, and you ensure all procedures are strictly followed. Keeping your workspace clean and organized is part of your daily routine. You actively contribute to process improvements and work according to food safety standards.
In this role, you will work 3 shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM / 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Job Requirements

What do you bring?

• Minimum MBO education level, preferably with technical training
• Experience as an operator or machine operator in a production environment
• You have a good command of the English language.
• Technical skills and the ability to respond quickly to failures or process changes
• Valid forklift operator certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Familiarity with systems like Microsoft Word and Excel
• Precise, independent, safety-conscious, and quality-conscious work ethic
• Willingness to work shifts if necessary
