This is what your working day looks like
As an Assembly Operator in Hengelo, you carry out precision assembly work on a wide range of technical products. You will assemble everything from small, delicate components to larger, pallet-sized structures.
You will mainly work on small production batches, where accuracy, concentration and attention to detail are important. Using technical drawings and clear work instructions, you make sure every product is assembled correctly and meets the required specifications.
Your work includes various assembly techniques, such as riveting, gluing and creating mechanical joints. You will also inspect your own work and ensure that all products comply with strict quality and safety standards. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to the production of reliable, high-precision assemblies used in the aerospace and defence industries.
