Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive to join our Facilities team in Hoofddorp.
You will help ensure the workplace is safe, organized, and running smoothly for all employees, and will have the chance to be involved in a project to redesign our Server Room cooling system, and a rebuild project for one of our floors, from requirements to completion and coordinate with multiple vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Provide general administrative support for order creation
Assist with day-to-day facility operations and office maintenance
Support coordination of repairs, cleaning, and maintenance services
Help manage office supplies and place orders when needed
Assist in coordinating vendors and external service providers
Support health & safety checks and compliance tasks
Help with workspace setup (desks, meeting rooms, events)
Respond to employee facility requests and report issues

and enrolled in a degree program in Facilities (HBO)
: Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy.
: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new tools.
: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
: A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Dutch
