Monday to Friday working in two shifts

Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00
Afternoon/evening shift: 14:00 – 22:00
Working every other Saturday in the morning shift

Leading, coaching, and motivating the technical and/or production team
Planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance
Ensuring optimal availability and safety of installations
Supervising external technicians and inspection bodies
Performing and following up on inspections, audits, and calibrations
Managing maintenance systems and technical documentation
Analyzing malfunctions and implementing improvements
Monitoring safety, quality, and production standards

What do we ask from you?
MBO+/HBO level education with a technical background
Proven experience in a supervisory role within technical or production environments
Experience with maintenance systems and technical installations
Skilled in planning and registration software
Strong communication and social skills
Good command of the English language (written and spoken)
Knowledge of Dutch and/or Polish is a plus
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
