Hardware Design Engineer

For the head office in Maastricht, we would like to expand our current team with:
As a Hardware Design Engineer, you are responsible for the design, simulation, implementation, and verification of analog and digital circuits in collaboration with other disciplines, such as mechanical and embedded software development. You contribute as a board designer to the setup of the entire system and provide advice in your specific area of expertise within the project. You play an important operational role in the detailed design, realization, and verification of systems for hardness testers.
A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics (or a related field).
You have proven experience in the development of analog and digital circuits within product development.
Experience with digital circuits that use FPGAs.
Experience in writing VHDL code.
Knowledge of CAD tools (such as Altium).
You have knowledge of embedded software.
Good oral and written communication skills (for technical product documentation, knowledge acquisition, information transfer, and instruction).
