Je komt terecht bij een internationaal technologie consultancy/adviesbureau dat organisaties helpt hun digitale transformatie vorm te geven. Binnen het Data & AI-team combineren zakelijk inzicht, technische kennis en innovatie elkaar om data waardevol te maken voor klanten uit uiteenlopende sectoren.
Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team van consultants, data-architecten, data scientists, data-engineers, software-engineers en projectmanagers. Samen adviseren, ontwerpen, bouwen en leveren jullie end-to-end en full-stack Data & AI-oplossingen, met technologieën als Databricks, Apache Spark, Streaming, LLM’s, vector databases (zoals LangChain en OpenAI) en Scikit-learn. De sfeer is informeel, innovatief en niet-hiërarchisch, met veel ruimte voor groei, ontwikkeling en samenwerking.
Als (Senior) Data Engineer speel je een sleutelrol in het ontwerpen en implementeren van geavanceerde dataoplossingen binnen Azure en Applied AI. Je bent het technisch aanspreekpunt binnen multidisciplinaire teams en werkt gelijktijdig aan uiteenlopende projecten, zoals het optimaliseren van contractbeheer bij financiële instellingen, het ontwikkelen van een slim energienet voor miljoenen huishoudens of bijvoorbeeld het bouwen van AI-gedreven simulaties om treinvertragingen te beperken

Je dagelijkse taken bestaan onder andere uit

Realiseren van schaalbare en kostenefficiënte dataverwerking van hoge kwaliteit.
Zorgdragen voor een goede testcoverage, veilige cloudopslag en robuuste datasecuritymaatregelen.
Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor de klant, verantwoordelijk voor voortgang, kwaliteit en inhoud.
Dagelijks actief zijn als programmeur binnen het team.

Een afgeronde bachelor- of masteropleiding, aangevuld met aantoonbare relevante werkervaring als Data Engineer. Data Engineer: minimaal 2 jaar ervaring. Senior Data Engineer: minimaal 5 jaar ervaring.
Ruime ervaring met Azure-data services, zoals Azure Data Factory, Fabric, Databricks of vergelijkbaar.
Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift.

Bruto salaris (o.b.v. 40 uur): Tot 87K
Keuze uit een 32-, 36- of 40-urige werkweek, jaarlijks aan te passen.
Eén maand per jaar remote werken vanuit het buitenland (in overleg).
Mobiliteitsopties: NS-Business card of kilometervergoeding.
Thuiswerkvergoeding van € 2,40 per dag en internetvergoeding van € 50,- per maand.
