What will you be doing?
You will be working at a leading company for the further development of production processes: Gibas . We continuously set up processes in a smarter and more efficient way using innovative automation and machining machines.

Within our growing organization we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to serve our customers in the best possible way. In this versatile coordinating role, you will be the daily point of contact when it comes to breakdowns, maintenance and support requests.
Together with the Manager Service & Support you are responsible for planning and directing the support engineers. You ensure an efficient deployment on various (pilot) projects, you think along with the customer and where necessary you steer and solve technical issues yourself. Furthermore, you coach the engineers in solving malfunctions as efficiently as possible. You are also responsible for all administrative tasks concerning the development and follow-up of quotations. In addition, you are eager to learn and are open to work with our techniques and make them your own.
What will you bring? You...
Secondary vocational education or Bachelors working and thinking level and have an education or work experience in the technical sector- Are service- or customer-oriented and good communication skills.- have as goal a satisfied customer- are able to deal with multiple challenges at the same time and keep a cool head when the pressure builds up- have experience with ERP systems and with Microsoft Office- have a passion for technology and are open to learning- can make yourself understood in the Dutch and English language
