At Steellife, as an in-house sales representative, you’ll be the point of contact for customers and will ensure clear quotations and a smooth sales process. You’ll be working in a dedicated team that prioritises quality and customer satisfaction.

What are you going to do?
You are the first point of contact for our customers via email, telephone and in the showroom
You advise customers on our products and explain what precedes the installation of the stairs and doors
You provide excellent customer service and play an important role in the sales process
You keep an overview of the administration and ensure that everything runs smoothly

What are we looking for?
You have demonstrable experience in sales and are driven to score
You get energy from closing deals and are only satisfied when the customer is too
You communicate persuasively and clearly, both in face-to-face contact and via email and telephone
You know how to enthuse customers and persuade them with your advice
You are a strong communicator, customer-focused and won't let go until the deal is closed
You are good at multitasking, switch quickly and have a keen eye for detail
You possess at least an MBO level 3 qualification
You are available for a 40-hour working week
