shift supervisor in injection molding

For our client in Oss, we are looking for a shift supervisor in injection molding.
Our client develops, produces, and sells injection-molded packaging, primarily for the food industry.
Organizing the work distribution within the shift;
Supervising the execution of tasks;
Ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations;
Coordinating with the technical department;
Monitoring the production process;
Assessing product quality by conducting spot checks;
Proposing improvements in the production process;
MBO degree in mechanical engineering or mechatronics;
Experience in injection molding is a plus;
A collegial attitude and strong teamwork skills;
Good verbal and written command of the Dutch language;
Proficiency in English is desirable.
