Globus Medical seeks an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead operational invoice processing and team management in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. The role oversees procure-to-pay activities for direct-inventory purchases, manages AP staff, resolves billing exceptions, and identifies process improvements while ensuring compliance with company controls.
Supervise AP team performing invoice processing, exception management, and payment activities
Oversee end-to-end procure-to-pay process for operational and direct-inventory purchases
Monitor and resolve three-way match exceptions including quantity, pricing, and receiving discrepancies
Establish AP procedures, controls, and workflows to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities
Support month-end and year-end close activities including accruals, reconciliations, and financial accuracy verification

Accounts payable operations experience with supervisory or team leadership responsibilities
Proficiency in three-way matching, invoice reconciliation, and exception resolution
Knowledge of procure-to-pay processes and purchase order management
Strong understanding of AP controls, segregation of duties, and audit compliance
Experience with ERP systems and AP automation or process improvement initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor and stakeholder management
