Epic Ambulatory / MyChart Analyst Contract Minneapolis, MN Remote 6 - 9 Years Support Epic Ambulatory applications and MyChart functionality within a shared-services Clinical Applications team, primarily supporting RCM transformation initiatives. Provide project, maintenance, ticket, operational, and Epic upgrade support while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
Support RCM transformation projects and application enhancements across EpicCare Ambulatory and MyChart environments.
Perform application maintenance, operational support, ticket resolution, troubleshooting, and Epic upgrade activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, resolve application issues, and deliver effective Epic solutions.
