A well‑established healthcare facility in is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its anesthesia care team. This role offers a supportive clinical environment, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to practice in one of Virginia’s most scenic and vibrant communities.
Provide safe, high‑quality anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures (general, ortho, GI, OB, and more depending on facility).
Conduct pre‑anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Administer general, regional, and MAC anesthesia.
Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process and manage post‑anesthesia recovery.
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols and regulatory standards.

Schedule: 10 or 12-hour shifts, Monday-Friday
Daily Case Volume: 5-6 cases per provider
Case Types: General, OB, vascular, orthopedic, and pediatric
Skillsets Required: Adults, spinals, epidurals, and OB
Skillsets Preferred: Pediatrics, regional, complex vascular, and complex orthopedic

Current Virginia RN and APRN licenses (or ability to obtain)
Minimum 1–2 years of anesthesia experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse case load

Contract work, Locum, Monday to Friday, Shift work, Weekend work
