We are looking for a highly self-motivated and technically strong Senior Application Engineer with deep expertise in Metabolomics to support our Orbitrap and triple quadrupole product portfolio.
The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in metabolomics workflow development, method optimization, data interpretation, and customer-facing technical support. This role requires someone who can work independently, proactively identify application opportunities, and collaborate closely with customers, KOLs, commercial teams, and global BU.
Master’s degree or above in Metabolomics, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in metabolomics applications and/or LC-MS method development, preferably directly related to high-resolution MS or triple quadrupole MS platforms.
Strong practical expertise in metabolomics workflows, including sample preparation, LC-MS method development, method optimization, data quality evaluation, and biological interpretation.
Solid understanding of untargeted metabolomics and/or targeted quantitative metabolomics.
Location: Shanghai, willingness to travel approximately 40% or more.
