Perform tree pruning, removals, stump grinding, and cabling for commercial clients
Climb trees safely and efficiently using proper techniques and equipment
Direct and support crew members to ensure safe and effective field operations
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and clients
Participate in ongoing training, safety meetings, and shop maintenance, especially during slower winter months
Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and customer service

Minimum 2 years of experience in tree care, including climbing
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Desire to learn, grow, and achieve within the arboriculture field
ISA Certification is a plus

$28.00 - $35.00 per hour , paid weekly
with efforts to provide consistent hours, including supplemental training and shop work during slower seasons
