Beachclub O. is all about quality time: Mediterranean dishes, delicious wines and excellent service on the beach at Noordwijk. As a bartender, you know better than anyone how to entertain guests; with your creative drinks and people skills, everyone loves to pull up a seat at your bar.
Your days are varied, as the beach club is popular with tourists and business groups alike. On busy summer days the orders come flying in, but you stay calm and serve every drink in no time. You’re an entertainer who feels completely at home behind the bar.
You’ll be working in a young and diverse team with a real heart for the business. Alongside the hard work, having a good time together is right at the top of the list, which makes every working day a party.
What will you do?

As a bartender at Beachclub O., you’re responsible for

• Preparing cold and hot drinks
• Welcoming guests, informing them and advising on the drinks selection
• Taking orders
• Cleaning and tidying the bar
• Prep work: cutting fruit, restocking the bar and more

Who are we looking for?

You recognise yourself in the following profile

• Working and thinking at vocational (MBO) level 2 to 3, the Dutch secondary vocational education standard
• Knowledge of drinks, cocktails and wines
• Good command of Dutch and English; German is a plus
• You’re guest-focused, creative, proactive and flexible
• Good salary: € 2,300 to € 2,400 based on full-time, incl. 8% holiday allowance
• 25 days’ holiday: with a full-time contract
• Travel allowance: for commutes of 10 km or more
