Are you a hands-on Medior BI & Data Engineer who enjoys turning data into actionable insights? Join our growing Data & AI team, where you’ll build impactful Power BI solutions and work with Microsoft Fabric.
We are looking for a hands-on Medior BI & Data Engineer to join our growing Data & AI department. You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards, as well as taking ownership of data engineering tasks within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem. You will work closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to transform raw business data into actionable insights. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a small, dynamic team where your contributions will have a real impact from day one.
Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models (data models, DAX measures, RLS)
Design and build data pipelines and transformations within Microsoft Fabric (Dataflows Gen2, Data Factory, Lakehouses, Warehouses)
Collaborate with data owners and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models in relational databases
Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation across all deliverables
Support the integration of ERP data (e.g., master data, financials, logistics) into reporting layers
What we are looking for
in a BI or data engineering role
Solid Power BI development skills
including data modeling, DAX, and report design best practices
of Microsoft Fabric or Azure Data platform (Synapse, ADF, or equivalent)
SQL Server, Azure SQL, or similar; comfortable with writing and optimizing queries
,e.g., finance, procurement, sales, understanding how business data flows through systems like Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
machine learning, or statistical analysis (Python, R, or equivalent)
or version control (Git) for BI development
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
A key role in a newly forming Data & AI team with room to grow
Exposure to diverse client environments and industries
Direct collaboration with senior leadership and a short decision-making line
