Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records. Prepare and review Profit & Loss Statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports. Perform account reconciliations, including bank, credit card, Stripe, and third-party platforms. Ensure all entries follow proper accounting standards and QuickBooks guidelines. Conduct routine audits to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Track expenses, categorize transactions, and monitor cash flow. Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks. Use QuickBooks for data entry, reporting, invoicing, and financial tracking. Manage Stripe payouts, refunds, disputes, and transaction audits. Reconcile Stripe records with QuickBooks to ensure accuracy. Handle basic admin tasks such as scheduling, email management, file organization, and updating spreadsheets. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and financial logs. Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams when needed.
Experience: At least 1 year as an accountant or bookkeeper with international clients Certification: QuickBooks certified Availability: Able to work on a US time zone shift Communication: Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills Attitude: Tech-savvy with a proactive mindset
