Salary: $70,000 - 70,000 per year
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with numbers and process flows
Clear written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Exposure to SQL or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn

Gather, document, and analyze project requirements from business partners
Review workflows and business data to identify opportunities for improvement
Develop process maps, user stories, standard operating procedures, and reports
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm solutions meet business needs
Coordinate between business units and technical teams
