Chef de Partie Banqueting

In the pavilion on the Château St. Gerlach estate, you’ll find the central Banqueting kitchen of Oostwegel Collection. Together with the central Banqueting team, you will create delicious dishes for groups of up to 800 guests, with a strong focus on craftsmanship. You will work with high-quality regional ingredients, some of which come from our very own vegetable garden.
Salary: A gross monthly salary ranging from €2.505,04 to €3.032,79 based on a full-time position

Our estate has been carefully restored and features stunning hotel rooms, a modern event venue, Restaurant Les Salons, Café Burgemeester Quicx, and a boutique spa.
As a Chef de Partie Banqueting, you bring passion to your craft, preparing delicious dishes alongside your colleagues for guests attending events at our venues. Your key responsibilities include:
Assisting in the preparation and execution of lunches and dinners
Contributing ideas for new dish creations
Handling mise en place, preparation, and presentation of a variety of culinary creations
Contributing to Oostwegel Collection’s sustainability goals, including achieving and maintaining Green Key and B Corp certifications, along with all related tasks and responsibilities
