Hydrotechnical Engineer

Location: North Bay / Toronto

A leading global engineering consulting firm specializing in mining, hydropower, and water infrastructure projects is seeking an Intermediate Hydrotechnical Engineer to join its Ontario team.

Responsibilities

• Hydrologic, hydraulic, and hydrodynamic modelling

• Water management and watershed planning

• Climate and streamflow data analysis

• Hydraulic design and water balance modelling

• Support project delivery, client relationships, and junior staff mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility in Canada

• 5+ years of hydrotechnical engineering experience

• Strong technical, project management, and communication skills
