Are you hands-on, reliable, and do you enjoy keeping things tidy? As a cleaning staff member at De FixMeister, you’ll be out and about every day inspecting homes, cleaning them, and getting them ready for residents. You’ll work independently or alongside colleagues to ensure that homes feel neat and inviting again.
What will you be doing?
As a cleaning staff member, you are responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and preparing homes for handover. Some homes are cleaned on a regular basis, while others are prepared for new residents. You will work at various locations, maintain close contact with your supervisor, and work with the team to ensure results that satisfy both residents and clients.
Inspecting homes and identifying issues
Performing regular cleaning in occupied homes
Perform a final cleaning when residents move out
Preparing homes so they are clean and tidy for new residents
Coordinate with your manager regarding tasks and scheduling
Speak politely to residents and, when necessary, address their behavior

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who’s a go-getter, works carefully, and understands how important a clean home is. You don’t have to be an expert in everything, but you’re reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working independently. You’re also able to communicate effectively with residents, coworkers, and your supervisor.
You like to work neatly and have an eye for detail
You are in good physical condition
You have a class B drivers license
You can handle stress and aren't afraid of getting your hands dirty
You should ideally live in the Dordrecht, Gorinchem, or Tiel area
You are fluent in Dutch, English, or Polish; fluency in English is preferred

What do we offer you?
A gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €2,800, depending on your skills and experience
A 36- to 40-hour workweek (occasionally working 4 days a week, subject to agreement)
Your own work van and fuel card
Varied work at different locations (preferably near your home, whenever possible)
A high degree of independence and responsibility

The Fixmeister ensures that homes are clean, safe, and well-maintained. We conduct inspections, resolve practical issues, and prepare homes for new residents. You’ll work at various locations and interact frequently with residents, colleagues, and clients.
