You are both technical and a consultant. You build AI solutions and make sure they land with the teams that use them.
You work on challenges where technology and organisation meet. On one engagement you build a proof of concept with Python, APIs and AI tooling. On another you explore where agents or automation genuinely add value in a process, or help a team learn to work with AI. You switch between building yourself and making sure it lands: creating prototypes, explaining technical choices to non-technical stakeholders, and clarifying preconditions such as data, governance and adoption. And you actively help build Spark's own AI propositions.
A university degree, with a bachelor's or master's in AI, Data Science, Computer Science or similar.
A solid technical foundation: you work with Python, APIs, notebooks and prototyping.
An interest in LLMs, RAG, AI agents and frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
You explain technical matters clearly to people without a technical background.
You enjoy not only technology, but just as much the question of how organisations work.
Professional fluency in Dutch and English. Most of our client work is in Dutch.

A salary between €4,000 and €5,500 gross per month, depending on experience and impact.
