Transformation Lead

You design change and you make it happen. You guide teams and organisations through their transformation and help them work smarter with AI.
You guide organisations, teams and leaders through change. On one engagement you strengthen focus, ownership and collaboration in teams as a coach or transformation lead. On another you help an organisation find out where AI adds value, turn strategy into steps it can carry out and anchor the change so it keeps working. You facilitate sessions in which people learn by doing, and you help build Spark's AI and transformation proposition. If you are a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or RTE, this is the logical next step: the same craft, with AI and transformation as a bigger lever.
At least 3 years of experience in consulting, organisational change or a role as Scrum Master, Agile Coach or RTE.
Experience with agile ways of working or transformations, from team to organisation level.
An interest in or experience with AI, data or technological innovation.
You move easily between strategy and execution, and make complex topics simple.
A bachelor's or master's degree, with strong communication and analytical skills.
Professional fluency in Dutch and English. Most of our client work is in Dutch.

An entrepreneurial attitude and a drive to improve matter more to us than a perfect CV.

A salary between €4,200 and €6,250 gross per month, depending on experience and impact.
