SAP Payroll Processing Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing

✔️ Implementing and configuring SAP Payroll to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing

✔️ Collaborating with HR and finance teams to define and align payroll processing requirements

✔️ Customizing SAP Payroll to meet local, tax, and employee compensation rules

✔️ Troubleshooting and resolving payroll-related issues to maintain smooth payroll cycles

✔️ Integrating SAP Payroll with other SAP systems, such as SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and third-party tools

✔️ Providing training and support to payroll teams to maximize platform adoption and ensure accurate payroll delivery

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Proven experience with SAP Payroll (SAP HCM Payroll) implementations and configurations

✔️ Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax compliance, and employee compensation rules

✔️ Experience in integrating SAP Payroll with other SAP solutions and external platforms

✔️ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

✔️ SAP Payroll certification is a plus
