We are strengthening our with an experienced consultant on Senior Manager level who knows Supply Chain inside & out. (full time, fixed-term).
Do you have 3-5 years experience in a consulting role?
Do you have a background in multiple domains of Supply Chain g., distribution network design, transport, warehousing, forecasting, planning, S&OP/IBP, digital supply chain, sustainable supply chain, procurement, sourcing, segmentation, portfolio optimization…

As the primary contact for our clients, you will act as a trusted advisor and a leader. You will work with them side by side to help them realize their large-scale and often complex business progression plans. By leveraging your communication skills, ability to manage large programs and result-oriented mindset, you will enhance the supply chain performance of our clients while ensuring business continuity. You will also foster client relationships and actively develop new opportunities and proposals based on your reputation, work quality, knowledge, and expertise. You should have an appetite for innovation and developing new intellectual property. As a people manager, you will help develop the team through coaching, learning, and on-the-job training.
How do you tackle this?
Overseeing complex analysis and generate critical insights & actionable solutions using strong problem‑solving skills, knowledge of how to use consulting methodologies in client context and accurate economic/financial and industrial assumptions.
Creating client‑ready reports/presentations and present them compellingly with a clear storyline in front of a senior audience in Dutch, French & English.
Building trusting, long‑term client relationships at operational and leadership levels.
Leading multiple projects or larger project teams, ensuring on‑time and high‑quality delivery.
Coaching, empowering, and developing team members, fostering a collaborative and sustainable environment.
Identifying proactively client needs and systematically convert them into sales opportunities. Drive repeat business and support new business acquisition with senior partners.
