You will join the growing consulting team in the Brussels office. As a Consultant, you will support clients with complex business issues, from analysis to implementation. You translate insights into concrete recommendations and communicate clearly with everyone from shopfloor employees to executive teams. You work independently and in a structured manner, build trusting relationships with clients, and actively contribute to the results of the team, the knowledge within EFESO and your own development.
How do you tackle this?
Analyse processes and data, translate insights into measurable solutions.
Contribute to the implementation of improvements and solutions.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members at all levels in Dutch, French, English.
Plan & prioritize projects independently, even under pressure.
Develop your knowledge, skills and expertise continuously.
