Emissão de laudos técnicos e declarações de qualidade para os países importadores Manutenção do banco de dados de emissão de laudos técnicos Cadastro dos produtos acabados no banco de dados do museu de produto acabado Guarda de produtos acabados no museu de produto acabado Controle dos retornos dos SNCR de fornecedores no SAP QM Controle das análises de defeitos dos SNCR de fornecedores - PDCA Emissão de requisição de nota fiscal para devolução de materiais rejeitados Fechamento dos indicadores de fornecedores Manter atualizado as DU’s (decisão de uso) no SAP de lotes de materiais Controle de laudos de embalagens Controle de padrões de embalagens, padrão de massa e padrão de produto acabado Arquivos de documentação técnica de qualidade (fábrica e laboratórios) Atualização de procedimentos da área de qualidade Atuar ativamente com o programa de 5S da área. Garantir os requisitos aplicáveis à norma BRCGS.
