Do you get energy from a hectic and fun work environment? As Assistant Planner/Customer Service Representative you are the first point of contact and business card of our service department.
With us, no day is ever the same. And certainly not as an Assistant Planner/Customer Service Representative! You are the first point of contact in case of breakdowns and therefore the business card of our service department. Because you work punctually, your colleagues in the field can do their work well and customers are kept informed about the progress of their request. You will assist our Facility Manager and contribute to our quality and positive customer experience.
✔ Handling and processing breakdowns, complaints or other inquiries from both owners, tenants and other parties.✔ Assisting in the management of mailboxes, Whatsapp groups and taking phone calls;✔ Monitoring the planning and processing of work carried out by our field service and external parties;✔ Keeping property details and related data up to date in our systems;✔ Liaising with field service colleagues and external parties;✔ Helping out with all kinds of activities that contribute to an efficient way of working around our service department.
You have a good dose of enthusiasm and punctuality in you. You are customer-oriented and can keep an overview in hectic situations. We like it if you have experience in a similar position, but also understand that there is no position like this anywhere else
✔ You have a down-to-earth, ‘don’t bullshit but clean up’ mentality;✔ With a smile on your face, you can keep an overview in hectic situations;✔ You are available for 32 – 40 hours per week;✔ You speak and write good Dutch and English.
