As a Mechatronic Design Specialist, you work on the development of advanced technical modules where mechanics and electronics come together. You are involved throughout the full product lifecycle, translating ideas into reliable and high-performing solutions within multidisciplinary teams.
Develop and refine mechatronic concepts into detailed and manufacturable designs
Contribute to product development from early-stage concepts through to validation and release
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
Define and support testing, validation, and integration activities
Optimize designs for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
Work closely with external partners and suppliers when required
Support prototyping and iterate designs based on testing outcomes
Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
Experience in designing complex modules where multiple technologies interact
Strong understanding of system integration and product development processes
Familiarity with 3D CAD and engineering documentation
Knowledge of design considerations such as thermal behavior, materials, and assembly
Practical, hands-on mindset with a structured way of working
Able to communicate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
