The Finance Manager is responsible for the financial function of the organization. In this role, you ensure accurate, timely, and complete financial recording and reporting. You also ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
As a member of the Management Team, you act as a business partner to the organization in shaping, executing, and achieving its objectives. In addition to overall responsibility for the financial function, the Finance Manager is also primarily responsible for business controlling (including the planning and control cycle, management reporting, and profitability analysis).You will report to the General Manager and manage a team of 3 people.
Overall responsibility for the entire financial function (accounting and controlling);
Member of the Management Team;
Proactive business partner for the Executive Board, Management Team, and the Sales and Marketing departments in shaping, executing, and realizing strategic and operational objectives;
Responsible for the accurate, timely, and complete execution of the planning and control cycle and the preparation of management reports;
Developing and executing profitability calculations, compiling performance overviews and analyses;
Identifying opportunities and risks; taking appropriate measures when necessary;
Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations;
Point of contact for the parent company, external auditor, tax advisor, tax authorities, and other stakeholders;
Ultimately responsible for demand planning, co-packing, and local IT matters;
Leading and developing a team consisting of a Financial Administrator, Financial Controller, and the Coordinator for Demand Planning, Co-packing, and Local IT.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a financial field (e.g., business economics, accountancy, business administration);
At least 7 years of relevant work experience (accounting and controlling);
Strong analytical thinking skills, excellent communication skills, and results-oriented;
Leadership experience, but also hands-on;
Excellent command of Dutch and English (German is a plus);
Pleasant and effective team player;
Extensive experience with MS Office and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
