The Interim Finance Manager is responsible for the entire financial operations of the company. You will play a key role in helping to achieve the organization’s strategic goals.As a member of the Management Team, you will act as a strategic business partner and contribute to achieving the company’s objectives. You will manage a team of three and report directly to the General Manager. In this role, you are essential in ensuring the financial health and success of the organization.
Ultimately responsible for the entire finance function (accounting and controlling);
Member of the Management Team;
A proactive business partner for the Executive Board, Management Team, and the sales and marketing departments in shaping, executing, and achieving strategic and operational goals;
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations;
Responsible for the accurate, timely, and complete execution of the planning and control cycle and for compiling management reports;
Develop and carry out profitability analyses, prepare financial summaries and performance analyses;
Identify opportunities and risks and take appropriate actions when necessary;
Serve as the point of contact for the parent company, external auditor, tax advisor, tax authorities, and other stakeholders;
Ultimately responsible for planning, packing, and local IT matters;
Lead and develop a team consisting of a Financial Administrator, Financial Controller, and the Coordinator for Planning, Packing, and Local IT.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field;
At least 7 years of relevant experience in accounting and controlling;
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and results-oriented;
Demonstrated leadership experience, but also hands-on;
Positive attitude and able to work under pressure;
Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus);
A pleasant and effective team player;
Extensive experience with MS Office and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
