You have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
You have a good command of Polish and English, both spoken and written; Dutch is an advantage.
You have three to five years of relevant accounting experience, covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, banking and month-end closing, along with experience using an ERP system and good Excel skills.

As Assistant Financial Controller, you will help keep the financial administration accurate and up to date. You will process transactions, check supporting documents and reconcile accounts. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will support the month-end and year-end close. You will also help improve accounting workflows and the quality of data held in the ERP system. Your responsibilities will also include:
Recording cost invoices, bank transactions and other business transactions.
Checking that financial documents meet formal, tax and accounting requirements.
Reconciling general ledger accounts, subledgers and bank accounts against supporting records.
Preparing and checking financial information for the month-end and year-end close.
Coordinating accounting matters with Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, Production and Controlling.
Liaising with suppliers, customers, auditors and other group companies to resolve accounting queries.
Improving accounting processes, document workflows and data quality within the ERP system.

As Assistant Financial Controller, you will work with Finance and colleagues across purchasing, sales, logistics and production. You will support accurate financial administration while maintaining contact with suppliers, customers and other group companies.
