Financial Controller

Onstream Group specializes in the supply of personnel for the industrial services sector in the Netherlands and globally. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Financial Controller to join our team based in the Hague.
Coordinate and review annual budgets, analyse variances and report
Review accounting entries, adjust if necessary
Coordinate and manage the month and year-end procedures
Monthly gross margin report analysis
Review and analyse, prepare and present monthly financial reports for whole grouo
Ensure that financial consolidation and reporting is in line with the applicable accounting standards
Prepare annual financial statements (Dutch GAAP)
Review annual financial statements (IFRS)
Prepare consolidation and consolidated annual financial statements
Liaise with tax and other authorities
Prepare provisional and annual CIT and other miscellaneous filing processes
Cashflow forecasting for part of the group
Automate, simplify and improve processes where possible

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
3 to 5 years post qualification experience
In depth knowledge of Dutch GAAP and IFRS
Verifiable experience in preparation of annual financial statements including consolidations
MS Office proficiency and knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting software
Strong quality control, hands-on problem solver
Detail oriented, methodical, and conscientious
Ability to interact with people at all levels
Strong oral and written communications skills in both Dutch and English (French is a pre)
Organizational and time management skills
