Your journey with Singapore Airlines begins with a comprehensive four-month training programme, from safety procedures to product knowledge to grooming, equipping you with the knowledge and skillsets you need to operate as a SIA Cabin Crew.
Throughout your journey, you will also have opportunities to expand your skillsets - whether it is becoming a sommelier, mastering a new language, or deepening your expertise in customer service. All these, designed to help you soar as our service ambassadors onboard.
You will receive a basic salary during your training period. Upon graduation and the start of your flying duties, you will enjoy an attractive monthly salary package of approximately SGD 4,000 to SGD 5,000, inclusive of flight allowance based on hours flown.
You will be based in Singapore with an initial 5-year contract, with the opportunity for extension depending on your performance.

Fluent in English with good communication skills for servicing of international customers
Minimum height requirement of at least 1.58m for females and 1.65m for males in order to carry out safety and emergency procedures onboard
Minimum qualification of 5 GCE 'O' Level credits (including English) or Higher Nitec and above
