What will your responsibilities be?
As a Junior Grower at ACRES spark, you’ll work every day to ensure the optimal growth of our tomato plants. You’ll maintain the balance between technology, cultivation, and nature. You monitor the plants, check water and nutrient levels, adjust the climate, and apply biological methods where necessary. You also resolve various issues and ensure that all processes continue to run smoothly. You walk through the crop daily to monitor growth, identify deviations, and implement improvements. You perform quality control and carry out logistical tasks. During holidays, you’ll cover for the Grow Manager and Labor Site Manager. This means every day is different, and every day you make the cultivation process a little better.
