Be proficient and expert in Networking product development:1. Support and deliver high-quality product designs for datacenter switch hardware.

• Clarify and fix issues to co-work with FW RD for the code modification/maintenance.
• Provide technical expertise and customer support for switch products.
• Cross-functional collaboration to resolve the issues and ensure project milestones are met.
• Support projects from design to implementation, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with industry standards.
• Support debugging, testing, and optimization activities across hardware and system levels.
• Design document writing8. Location: Bade

5+ of the following requirements should be matched

• MS in EE or CS/CE preferred
• Proven experience in switch product hardware high-quality design and technical execution for 3+ years, Data Center switch is preferred.
• Knowledge in network topology application/configuration.
• Expertise in customer technical support with ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership in project management with successful on-time deliveries.
• Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in applying industry-standard methodologies, tools, and platforms.
• Tools Experience to be proficient in: Allegro/Oscilloscopes/Lattice Diamond tools/ Cadence/OrCAD schematic tool/Altera Quartus II/PSpice/PADS layout tool/PowerPCB/
