You are the first face the guest sees when he/she comes in.

During your internship at the Front Office, you will be a fully integrated team member and the first point of contact for our guests.
The Front Office is the center of our organization.
Depending on your experience and development, we'll find a suitable internship for you. This could range from answering the phone to checking out guests, and everything in between.

Offer guests a warm welcome;
All the ins and outs of the check-in and check-out procedure;
You will learn to make excellent telephone conversations;
