This apprenticeship / internship will take place in Rueil-Malmaison (92) Danone office, in our superbe HQ office from January 2027.
To thrive in your missions, you will be accompanied by Global IT&Data Employee Experience team responsible for Employee Experience and Engagement. Your key missions in our team will include:
Contribute to the implementation of the key projects enhancing employee Experience at Danone Globally. Following projects definition, development, and implementations.
Create, maintain, and support all the knowledge management strategy across projects in a dynamic digital ecosystem.
Design and animate the engagement strategy of our communities of admin and users globally.
Learn and develop skills in platforms like ServiceNow and Qualtrics, as well as support the existing and new initiatives related to these solutions.
Assist the implementation of the global roadmap of Employee experience and engagement globally, addressing the key business priorities and HR Digital strategy.
