IT Support Employee

Do you enjoy supporting colleagues with IT-related questions across our locations in Hengelo, Almere and Dedemsvaart? Do you have experience in first-line IT support and are you eager to develop your technical expertise?
At HTM Technologies, you will help keep our networks, applications and digital workplaces running smoothly. You will be part of the IT team based in Dedemsvaart, while working primarily at our Hengelo location and occasionally travelling to Almere.

This is what your working day looks like
As an IT Support Employee, you will initially work closely with the IT team in Dedemsvaart. As you gain experience, you will increasingly support our locations in Hengelo and Almere. Together with your direct colleagues, a team of four, you will ensure that colleagues at all three locations have reliable IT systems and well-equipped workplaces.
You will monitor and provide first-line support and resolve IT incidents reported by colleagues, you will proactively identify technical issues and contribute ideas for network and security solutions, and you contribute to IT projects, such as replacing or expanding workplaces and setting up new users.
What skills do you bring to the role of IT Support Employee?
You have a completed mbo-4 degree in IT or a related field.
You already have some experience in first-line IT support, helpdesk services or workplace management.
You have basic knowledge of networks, hardware, software and IT security.
You have practical, service-oriented and solution-focused attitude.
You can explain technical matters clearly to colleagues with different levels of IT knowledge.

You will be offered a contract with HTM Technologies straight away, with the prospect of a permanent position, a salary commensurate with your age and experience, travel allowance and a good pension scheme through PMT. On top of that, you’ll receive 25 days’ holiday and 13 ATV days, plus opportunities for training, courses and additional tax benefits via the WKR scheme.
