Je gaat telefonisch en schriftelijk contact onderhouden met klanten over het opstarten en verloop van juridische procedures;
Je gaat contact onderhouden met debiteuren, gerechtsdeurwaarders, advocaten en rechtbanken over procedures en executies;
Je behandelt inhoudelijk gerechtelijke procedures door het opstellen van processtukken en het voorbereiden en mede-behandelen van mondelinge behandelingen;
Je gaat Accountmanagers Incasso adviseren over juridische vraagstukken;
Je behandelt klachten en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige afhandeling hiervan;
Je gaat proactief de nieuwste ontwikkelingen op het gebied van wet- en regelgeving bijhouden en relevante kennis delen binnen het team en waar nodig organisatiebreed;
Je gaat gevraagd en ongevraagd advies geven over juridische vraagstukken binnen de organisatie;
Je gaat de junior incassojurist en juridisch medewerker coachen en begeleiden in hun ontwikkeling;
Je gaat juridische trainingen ontwikkelen en geven.

Een salaris tussen de €4.000 en €4.500 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring en opleiding;
Een contract voor 1 jaar, met de intentie om bij goed functioneren daarna te verlengen;
25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld;

Je hebt een afgeronde HBO rechtenstudie of een universitaire opleiding Rechtsgeleerdheid;
Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie;
Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
Je bent sterk in communicatie en weet juridische vraagstukken helder uit te leggen;
Je bent representatief in woord, geschrift en houding;
Je hebt inhoudelijke kennis en ervaring op het gebied van juridische incasso en gerechtelijke procedures;
Je vindt het leuk om collega’s te coachen en jouw kennis en ervaring te delen;
Je bent beschikbaar voor 32-40 uur per week;
Je bent bereid om 60% op kantoor te werken en 40% vanuit huis.
