Johnson & Johnson seeks a Commercial Learning Portfolio Partner for its Immunology division in Horsham, PA. This role develops and manages learning programs that build field team capabilities across immunology therapeutic areas, translating business and clinical needs into training solutions.
Partner with subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and learning needs
Develop disease-state, product, and competitive readiness curricula for field teams
Design and implement onboarding programs that accelerate field readiness
Deliver learning solutions across instructor-led, virtual, and self-directed formats
Measure learning effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements

Strong learning strategy and curriculum development expertise
Clinical content development knowledge with scientific background
Experience designing and delivering multiple learning formats
Demonstrated stakeholder management and learning consulting skills
Ability to manage portfolios, priorities, and compliance standards
Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation communication skills
