We are seeking a reliable and safety‑minded Warehouse & Logistics Associate to support daily material handling, shipping/receiving, inventory control, and local deliveries. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate a company work truck for pickups and deliveries.
Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials, components, and equipment.
Prepare outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and paperwork.
Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.
Move materials using pallet jacks, carts, forklifts (if certified), or manual handling.
Stage materials for production, toolroom, and maintenance teams.
Safely drive the company work truck for local deliveries and pickups.
Perform daily vehicle inspections (fluids, lights, tires, safety equipment).
Load and secure cargo to ensure safe transport.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and route documentation.
Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.

You are a detail-oriented team player with experience using ERP or inventory software and a strong understanding of warehouse manufacturing environments. You either hold a valid forklift cetrification or are willing to obtain one to safely support daily material handling operations. You are dependable, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced toolroom.
What you bring to IGS/What we expect from you:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
Experience driving work trucks or pickup trucks in a professional setting.
1–3 years of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle materials safely.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Nice to have knowledge of:
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
Experience with ERP or inventory software.
Familiarity with manufacturing or toolroom environments.
