Our starting pay ranges from $27.04 - $28.80 based on experience.

As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in making plastic packaging for food products!

Act as a safety leader and put safety first in all responsibilities

Support machine setups and line clearances - set up packing automation, help with tool changes, stage materials, operate a forklift

Perform quality assurance checks and make adjustments as needed

Communicate any defects found and replace with good product

Use a computer program to make sure specification, labels, and materials match

Follow the packing specification to pack, wrap, and label product before using an RF scanner to scan into inventory locations

Keep the facility clean by following a 5S schedule

Attend monthly training and follow all GMP and PPE policies

What We Want From You: Lead the Pack
⁠We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make a difference

Have 3-5+ years of experience in machine operating

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems

Bring a passion for safety, quality, and a high performing culture

Able to work 12 hour days while walking, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and lifting
